Vision And Priorities (Jan–Dec 2026): Cultivate and Care — Ps Karen & Ps Rainer — 15 Feb 2026

• Cultivate and Care as the prophetic direction for 2026: God has given Living Waters two focus words for the year — cultivate and care. Cultivation means preparing, nurturing and developing spiritual growth in every season. Care means intentional love, presence, protection and genuine concern for one another.

• Growing strong in every season: Like a tree planted in all conditions, believers are called to grow through summer, winter, storms and sunshine. Spiritual maturity requires pruning, weeding, watering with the Word and staying rooted in Christ. Growth is not seasonal; it is continual and intentional.

• Authentic love and healthy relationships: Care involves vulnerability, patience and responsibility. The church is called to move beyond performance, pretense and surface‑level interactions, creating a community where people can be honest, supported and prayed for without judgement.

• Maturing communication and speaking truth in love: Ephesians 4:15–16 shapes the year’s vision. God is refining how believers speak, respond and relate. Truth must be wrapped in grace, not weaponised or used legalistically. Christ is the head of the church, and unity, humility and alignment under Him strengthen the whole body.

• Intentional connection and shared responsibility: God is knitting the church together like a woven fabric — no loose threads, no isolation, no independence. Every person has a part to play, every gift matters and every joint supplies. Serving, encouraging, praying and staying connected build a strong, healthy church family.

• Living out the mission with Christ at the centre: The church’s vision is to seek, teach and live the way of Jesus. Core values include being Christ‑centred, prayerful, biblical, relational, community‑minded and faithful. Revival culture grows when believers exalt Jesus, disciple others well and build the Kingdom together in love.
