Meet Pastors Rainer & Karen

Pastors Rainer and Karen are the founders and Senior Ministers of Living Waters Community Church. Husband and wife, they are both ordained ministers who believe God has called them to serve the communities of Piara Waters, Forrestdale, Harrisdale, and Canning Vale.

Together they bring over 30 years of combined ministry experience across many areas, including kids and youth ministry, connect group leadership, preaching, Alpha, basketball ministry, life groups, welcome teams, pastoral leadership, university outreach, international ministry, and discipleship.

Alongside their ministry roles, Rainer works locally as a Medical Scientist at Fiona Stanley Hospital, while Karen serves part-time as a Chaplain with YouthCARE in Forrestdale Primary School.

They are passionate about people encountering the life-changing message of Jesus, committed to making disciples, and dedicated to helping their community flourish in faith and life.
