• Offer Your Life as a Living Sacrifice: Paul calls believers to present their whole selves to God — fully surrendered, fully engaged, and fully available. Holiness begins with a deliberate decision to yield, laying down pride, fear and distraction so God can shape the heart.
• Be Transformed by Renewing Your Mind: Transformation starts internally. Believers must resist worldly pressure, reject unhealthy influences, and intentionally renew their minds through Scripture, prayer and stillness. A renewed mind helps discern God’s good, acceptable and perfect will.
• Serve Humbly with Your God‑Given Gifts: Every believer has a unique grace‑gift meant to build the body of Christ. Ministry is not personal ownership — it belongs to God. True leadership mirrors Jesus: serving faithfully, championing others, removing insecurity and working together in unity.
• Practise Genuine, Authentic Love: Real love is sincere, honouring, patient and practical. It clings to what is good, rejects evil, meets needs, shows hospitality and celebrates others without jealousy. Authentic love remains steady even when personal desires or emotions are challenged.
• Live Peacefully and Refuse Revenge: Believers are called to bless those who hurt them, pray for those who mistreat them, and overcome evil with good. Strength to forgive comes from the Holy Spirit, not human effort. Kindness can soften hearts and free believers from bitterness.
• Follow Jesus’ Model of Holiness and Mercy: Christ demonstrated perfect surrender, perfect love and perfect forgiveness — even toward His enemies. Yielding to holiness means imitating His example: walking humbly, trusting God with justice, and allowing Him to turn pain into purpose.
